Pursuant to the Public Announcement dated March 20, 2023 and published on March 21, 2023 (the 'Public Announcement") and the letter of offer dated April 04, 2023, (the 'Letter of Offer') the tendering period for the Buyback Offer opened on Monday, 10 April, 2023 and closed on Monday, 17 April, 2023. In accordance with the provisions of Regulation 11 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy-Back of Securities) Regulations, 2018 as amended (the 'Buyback Regulations'), this is to inform you that the Company has extinguished 50,00,000 fully paid-up Equity Shares of ? 5 each.
