| We would like to inform you that the Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Godawari Power and Ispat Limited is scheduled to be held on 10th December, 2020 at 11:30 A.M. through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). <BR> <BR> The Company is pleased to provide the remote e-voting facility to its shareholders to exercise their vote by electronic means and the business may be transacted through e-voting services and VC/OAVM facility provided by NSDL vide EVEN-114884.<BR> <BR> The remote e-voting period shall commence on 7th December, 2020 (09:00 AM) and ends on 9th December, 2020 (05:00 PM). During this period shareholders of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut- off date of 3rd December, 2020 may cast their vote electronically and also at the time of EGM of the Company.<BR> <BR> Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, please find attached herewith the Notice of EGM.<BR> | |
