This is to inform you that as per the Company''s ''Insider Trading - Code of Conduct'', framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading)Regulations, 2015 (including any amendment(s), modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereto), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed with effect from Sunday, January 1, 2023 till 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ending December 31, 2022.
