Please note that Godrej Properties Limited ('the Company') along with its wholly owned subsidiary viz Godrej Projects Development Limited has acquired 100% issued and paid-up share capital of Ashank Land & Building Private Limited ('ALBPL'). Pursuant to the said acquisition, ALBPL has become a Subsidiary of the Company with effect from May 19, 2022. We enclose herewith the details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015.
