Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Mr. Jatin (DIN: 07869671) Independent Director of the Company has vide his resignation letter dated 25th July, 2022, resigned from the Board of the Company with immediate effect, on account of his personal reasons and other professional commitments/preoccupations. The Board has accepted resignation of Mr. Jatin in their meeting held on 03.08.2022. We further submit that it is confirmed by Mr. Jatin, that there is no other material reason for his resignation other than those provided above. (Copy of resignation letter attached).
