| Reference to the SEBI Circular dated 26th November 2018 in respect of fund raising by issuance of debt securities by Large Corporates (LC) and disclosures and Compliances thereof by such Large Corporates (LC), we submit that our Company - Gokaldas Exports Limited does not fall under the Large Corporates (LC) category as per the framework provided in the aforesaid circular. Hence, the requirement of filing the Annual Disclosure for incremental borrowings for the financial year ended 31.03.2022 is not applicable to the Company.
