With reference to your mail dated 7 & 8 December 2022 and January 4 2023 regarding mentioned above in subject, we would like to inform you that none of those directors ceased or resignated from our company and are still serving as non-executive independent directors in our company till date. Upon telephonic talk with you we found out about cessation date mentioned in our corporate governance report we file quarterly, which we mention the last date of quarter as cessation date, without which the report could not be validated and submitted. Moreover, we confirm that none of those directors have ever resignated or ceased from our company and still serving to the company.
