| This is to inform you that the Company has received a letter dated May 08, 2024 from the promoter of the Company, seeking re-classification of its name from the category of ''Promoter'' to ''Public'' in terms of Regulation 31A of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The aforesaid request for re-classification will be tabled at the ensuing meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company and all necessary steps will be undertaken in accordance with Regulation 31A of the Listing Regulations. | |
