Golkonda Aluminium Extrusions Ltd-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 22/06/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that Meeting of the Board of Directors of GOLKONDA ALUMINIUM EXTRUSIONS LIMITED is scheduled to be held on Monday, 22th June, 2020, at 05:00 P.M. at the Registered Office of the Company to Consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2020.<BR> <BR> In this connection and in continuation of our intimation regarding Closure of Trading Window for the directors, promoters, designated employees and connected persons vide letter dated 31st March, 2020, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is already closed for directors, promoters, designated employees and connected persons as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 from 01st April, 2020. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be re-opened for the insiders of the Company from Thursday, 25th June, 2020 onwards.
