Goodyear India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 12, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Mr. Yashwant Singh Yadav, Director HR & Corporate Affairs of the Company (Subject to the approval of Members) has been re-appointed w.e.f November 1, 2015 to August 31, 2018.<BR><BR>2. Mr. James Constantine Venizelos has been appointed as an Alternate Director to Mr. Daniel Lawrence Smytka effective August 13, 2016.<BR><BR>3. Mr. Mark Chandran Ravunni, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has resigned from the Company effective close of business hours on August 12, 2015.<BR><BR>4. Mr. Leopoldo Estefano Maggiolo Gonzalez has been appointed as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. August 13, 2015.
