Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations, we wish to inform you the following: i. Mr. Manish Tulsyan (DIN: 07887579) has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) on the Board of the Company. A brief profile of Mr. Mr. Manish Tulsyan is enclosed herewith. ii. Mrs. Priyadarshana Gothi (DIN: 09685568) has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive,Promoter) on the Board of the Company. iii. Mrs. Monicaajit Singh Jain (DIN: 07173303) has resigned from the post of Independent Director of the Company with effect from 12/08/2022 due to personal reasons. We enclose herewith copy of the resignation letter submitted to the company.
