We hereby submit that the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on 31st August, 2024 have inter alia considered and approved along with other matters and subject to the approval of Shareholders and such other regulatory approval as applicable, to issue, offer and allot upto 24,54,150 equity shares of face value of INR 10/- each on a preferential basis at an issue price of INR 48/- each Share.
