Pursuant to Regulations 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'') read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on November 12,2020 has approved and taken note of the following decision:<BR> Appointment of Mrs. Naveena Chepur as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the company with effect from 13th November,2020 as per the provision of section 203 of the Companies Act 2013.
