Pursuant to Regulations 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (''Listing Regulations'') read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that Mr. Jaipal Singh Barsi Singh Parmar (DIN: 03613609) has tendered his resignation from the position of Non-Executive Independent Director of the company with effect from February 23, 2021 and was taken on record of the company.<BR> <BR> Further, the Company has received confirmation from Mr. Jaipal Singh Barsi Singh Parmar that there are no other material reasons for his resignation other than those which is provided in the resignation letter dated February 23, 2021. The said confirmation received is enclosed herewith.<BR>
