Appointment of Mr. Ashok Kumar Gupta (DIN:08786735) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) of the Company on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee for a term of 2 (two) consecutive years commencing from August 13, 2024, subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company in the ensuing AGM. Further, we wish to inform that Mr. Ashok Kumar Gupta has not been debarred from holding the office of a Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other Authority.
