Pursuant to regulation 30 and other applicable Regulations of SEBI (LODR)2015 and pursuant to the implementation of the Resolution Plan approved by the Hon''ble NCLT order dated 24th March, 2023, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors, at their meeting held on 24/01/2024 inter alia along with other business items: a. Extinguished the entire Promoter Shareholding as on the record date. b. Cancelled/ extinguished the entire shareholding of public shareholders as on the record date and re-issue 1 equity share for every 40 equity shares held by them. c. Approved and allotted 80,00,000 equity shares amounting to INR 8,00,00,000 to the resolution applicants on preferential basis in consideration of the funds infused by them pursuant to the Resolution Plan approved by Hon''ble NCLT Order dated 24th March, 2023.
