| GR CABLES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 20/07/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. To make a decision on the holding of the 33rd Annual General Meeting for the year ending March 31, 2024. 2. To consider and appoint a Scrutinizer for the 33rd Annual General Meeting upon finalizing the AGM date. 3. To deliberate on the amendment of the Object Clause in the Company''s Memorandum of Association. 4. To discuss on preferential allotment to strategic investors as per Scheme of NCLT. 5. Any other matter with the permission of the Board. This is to inform all concerned that the trading window for dealing in the company''s securities closed from July 01, 2024, in compliance with the company''s Insider Trading Policy. The trading window shall remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ending June 30, 2024. The Q1 financial results for FY 2024-25 will be announced on August 14, 2024. Consequently, the trading window will reopen on August 16, 2024. | |
