Grabal Alok Impex Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to an Order dated October 14, 2011 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay in the Application / Company Summons for Directions filed by the Company, the Hon'ble High Court has directed that a meeting of Equity Shareholders of the Company to be convened on November 19, 2011, for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, approving, with or without modification, the Scheme of Amalgamation of Grabal Alok Impex Limited with Alok Industries Limited.
