To Consider and Raising of Funds by way of further issue of capital.<BR> 2. To Consider and approve the notice of Annual General Meeting including Directors Report along with annexures thereon.<BR> For the purpose of raising of funds the trading window for dealing of securities of the company shall be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the code of conduct as per SEBI (PIT) Regulations from 30.11.2020 till 04.12.2020.<BR> <BR> 3.
