This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and amendment thereof, read with NSE Circular No. NSE /CML/2019/11 and BSE Circular No LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02nd April, 2019, the 'Trading Window' for trading in the securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from October 01, 2020 till the end of 48 hours from the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2020.<BR> <BR> Accordingly, all the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives have been intimated not to trade in the Company''s shares during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.<BR>
