We wish to inform that the Board of Directors have appointed Mr. Anand Punde (ACS No. 15129) as the 'Company Secretary' and 'Compliance Officer' of the Company w.e.f. July 01, 2023 in place of Mr. Jayesh M. Trivedi (FCS No. 2822) who has decided to relinquish the said positions w.e.f. close of business hours on June 30, 2023. However, Mr. Jayesh Trivedi will continue as 'President'.
