| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, we inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee ('the Committee') of the Board of Directors of the Company by way of circular resolution has approved the grant of 12,16,397 (Twelve Lakhs Sixteen Thousand Three Hundred and Ninety Seven only) Stock Options under 'Greaves Cotton - Employees Stock Option Plan 2020' ('ESOP-2020') on 12th November, 2020, which was approved by the members of the Company.
