This is to inform that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee ('Committee') of the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. on 7th November, 2022, issued and allotted 8,750 equity shares of face value of Re.1/- each to the eligible employees of the Company, who have submitted their exercise forms in respect of Stock Options vested on 17.03.2022 in accordance with Greenply Employee Stock Option Plan 2020 ('ESOP 2020' / 'Plan') In terms of Regulation 10(c) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021, the details of shares allotted as above are enclosed to this intimation.
