Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the details of voting results of the business transacted at Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on Monday, 13th March, 2023 as prescribed by SEBI. Further, as per the provisions of Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 Companies covered under Chapter IX of SEBI (ICDR) Regulation, 2018 are exempted for providing e-voting facility to its shareholders, so e-voting facility is not provided to the shareholders. Hence, the voting was conducted by Ballot paper. The Company has provided physical ballot (at the EGM venue) for all the resolutions mentioned in the Notice.
