Considered and approved unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2023 along with Limited Review Report thereon from Statutory Auditor M/s. Parin Patwari & Co., Chartered accountants. Pursuant to Regulation 33(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended, we do hereby confirm that the Statutory Auditors of the Company M/s.
