Pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration0) Rules, 2014 (as amended) and Regulation 44 of SEBI Listing Regulations (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed 9th September, 2017 as cut-off date to enable Shareholders to exercise their right to vote by electronic means during e-voting period on all resolutions set forth in the Notice of 55th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on 16th September, 2017.<BR> <BR> As per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Listing Agreement, the facility of voting through ballot papers will be made available at the 55th AGM. The Shareholders who have cast their votes through Remote e-voting may attend the meeting but shall not be eligible to cast their votes at the AGM.<BR>
