This is to inform you that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Monday, 13th February, 2023, inter - alia to consider the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2022. Further, as informed by us vide letter dated 30th December, 2022, the trading window has already been closed from 1st January, 2023 and will remain closed upto 15th February, 2023 (both days inclusive) pursuant to Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Person(s) of the Company for the purpose of announcement of aforesaid Un-Audited Financial Results.
