| GUJARAT STATE PETRONET LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/11/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Monday, 6th November, 2023, inter - alia to consider the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September, 2023. Further, as informed by us vide letter dated 29th September, 2023, the trading window has already been closed from 1st October, 2023 and will remain closed upto 8th November, 2023 (both days inclusive) pursuant to Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Person(s) of the Company for the purpose of announcement of aforesaid Un-Audited Financial Results.
