The board has finalised ''Navigant Corporate Advisors Limited'' as Merchant Banker to provide a Fairness report on the valuation for the Merger. 2. The next Board meeting shall be held on Friday, 28th March 2025, to approve the Valuation report, Fairness report thereon and Scheme of Amalgamation.
