The Board of Directors of the Company has, in its meeting held today i.e. on Thursday, November 13, 2025 (&apos;said meeting&apos;) inter alia considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.
