Notice of Postal Ballot - Intimation under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations') In furtherance to our intimation dated 31st March, 2023 and pursuant to Regulation 30 Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the Postal Ballot Notice dated 31st March, 2023, which has been sent to the shareholders of the Company on 19th April, 2023 for obtaining approval of members on the following business by means of a special resolution: 1. To ratify and appoint Mr. Noshir Naval Framjee (DIN: 01646640), who is aged above 75 years, as an Independent Director of the Company for a first term of five consecutive years commencing from 31st March, 2023.
