To issue warrants convertible into equity shares on preferential issue basis . 2. To decide the day, date, time, place and draft notice for the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EoGM) of the Company. 3. To consider and approve increase in Authorised Share Capital of the Company and consequent alteration of Memorandum of Association (MoA) of the Company. 4. Any other items with the permission of chair.
