| We wish to inform you that pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Haryana Capfin Limited (the "Company") at its meeting held today i.e. May 10, 2024, inter alia, considered and approved: 1. The Audited Financial Statements and Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2024. A copy of duly signed audited financial results along with audit report, issued by M/s A M A A & Associates, Statutory Auditors of the Company, and declaration in respect of audit report with unmodified opinion on Audited Financial Results under Regulation 33 of SEBI listing Regulations, are enclosed. 2. Appointment of M/s A.M.G.K. & Associates as Internal Auditor of the Company. The meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 02:30 P.M. and concluded at 03.50 P.M. | |
