Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of SEBI Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 as amended by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and as per BSE circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 regarding Trading restriction Period the "Trading Window" for dealing/Trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed with effect from Saturday 30th Day of September 2023 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the half year ended 30th September 2023.
