| HASTI FINANCE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be convened on, Thursday, 30th May, 2024 at 04.30 P.M. to conduct the following businesses:- 1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter & Financial year ended 31st March, 2024, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. 2. To consider appointment of Secretarial Auditor of the Company. 3. To consider any other matter with the permission of the Chairman of the meeting. Note: The Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for all promoters, directors, designated employees and other Connected Persons has been closed from April 01, 2024 till 48 hours of the announcement of financial results (both days inclusive). | |
