We regret that an inadvertent delay in the filing of the proceedings of the AGM has occurred. We are resubmitting the proceedings of the 63rd AGM along with this clarification regarding the delay in the said filing. We confirm that no unpublished material information was part of the proceedings of the 63rd AGM.
