This is to update that the date of closure of the Rights Issue, which opened on Friday, February 03, 2023 and scheduled to close on Monday, February 20, 2023 has now been extended from Monday, February 20, 2023 to Friday, March 03, 2023, by Rights Issue Committee in its Meeting held on February 16, 2023 in order to provide an opportunity to shareholders to exercise their rights in the Rights Issue. Accordingly, the last date of submission of the duly filled in CAF (along with the amount payable on application) is Friday, March 03, 2023. Equity Shareholders of the Company who are entitled to apply for the Rights Issue as mentioned above are requested to take note of the Issue Closure Date as Friday, March 03, 2023.
