Hazoor Multi Projects Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1.To consider and approve the Standalone & Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results along with Limited Review report thereon for the quarter and Half Year ended on 30th September, 2025.
2.To Consider the resignation of Mrs. Shruti Jigar Shah (DIN: 11222680) as an Executive Director of the Company. Her Resignation Letter is attached herewith Annexure-I.
3.To consider and approve any other item(s) with the permission of the Chair.
