The Company has received the Disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (SAST) 2011 from SAMS Industries Private Limited ( Formerly known as SAMS Industries Limited) ( Promoter Group ) informing that it has acquired 6,000 Equity Shares of Heranba Industries Limited from Open Market (NSE ) from February 01, 2023 to February 03, 2023 .Enclosing herewith the disclosure under regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations, 2011 received from SAMS Industries Private Limited ( Formerly known as SAMS Industries Limited).
