This is to inform that pursuant SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and the code of conduct of the Company to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and Specified Connected Persons of the Company and Material Subsidiaries of the Company, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 01.10.2020 and will end 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30.09.2020 become generally available as public information.
