| Dear Sirs, <BR> This is to inform you that 10th Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company will be held on Wednesday, the 29th September, 2021 at 12.30 p.m. to transact the business as per the Notice to be sent to the shareholders.<BR> <BR> The Company will provide electronic voting (e-voting) facility to the shareholders through electronic voting platform of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL). The shareholders who will be holding shares either in physical form or demat mode as on the cutoff date, i.e., 22nd September, 2021 may cast their votes electronically on the businesses set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting. The e-voting shall commence from 9.00 am on 26th September, 2021 and shall end at 5.00 pm on 28th September, 2021.<BR> <BR> The copy of Annual Report for the financial year 2020-21 along with the notice calling 10th Annual General Meeting will be sent in due course.<BR> <BR> This is for your information and record please.<BR> | |
