We hereby submit the copies of the extracts of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the 1st Quarter ended June 30, 2024, of the Financial Year 2024-25, on Standalone and Consolidated basis, published on July 26, 2024, in the following newspapers, as per the requirements of Regulation 47 of the SEBI Listing Regulations. 1. Jansatta (Chandigarh) - Hindi (copy attached) It may be noted that the aforesaid Un-audited Financial Results, had been considered and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on July 24, 2024 and were submitted to the Stock Exchanges (NSE & BSE) on the same day.
