| This is to inform that the e-form INC-23 filed for shifting of the Registered Office of the Company from the 'State of Tamilnadu' to the 'National Capital Territory of Delhi" has been approved by the Regional Director, Southern Region, Ministry of Corporate Affairs ('MCA'), Chennai on October 17, 2022. The Company is in the process of filing necessary forms in this regard with the jurisdictional Registrar of Companies, MCA.
