| In continuation of our letter dated May 18 2023, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, have considered and approved the following: (i) Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023. As per Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Financials Results, Statement of Assets & Liabilities and Audit report with declaration for Non-Applicability of Statement of Impact of Audit Qualification are enclosed herewith for your records. (ii) Appointment of Mayur More & Associates, Practising Company Secretary as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2023-2024. (iii) Appointment of M/s DS Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 317063E) as an Internal Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2023-2024. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 4:00 P.M. and concluded at 4:30 P.M. Kindly take the same on your record. | |
