This is to inform you that, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e., on Monday, December 06, 2021, commenced at 10:40 AM and concluded at 11:10 AM has considered and approved the re-appointment of Mr. Dhirup Roy Choudhary as Managing Director and CEO of the Company for another term of 5 Years w.e.f January 16, 2022, subject to the approval of the shareholders in their meeting.<BR> <BR> The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 is given in 'Annexure A' to this letter.<BR> <BR> You are requested to kindly take the same on record.<BR>
