Approved the resignation of Mr Dhirup Roy Choudhary Managing Director & CEO of the Company. His last working day shall be January 31, 2023. b. Approved the appointment of Mr Akshat Seth as the MD and CEO of the Company effective February 01, 2023. c. Approved the resignation of Mr Mahesh Thakar Company Secretary of the Company. His last working day shall be January 27, 2023.
