Approved the Un-Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022. A copy of the same is enclosed along with limited review reports issued by M/s. B S R and Co., Chartered Accountants (FRN-128510W), Statutory Auditors of the Company. b. Declared interim dividend of Rs. 20/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 200%) for the financial year 2022-23. c. Fixed Monday, February 6, 2023 as record date and the said interim dividend will be paid to those members whose name appears in Register of Members (both physical & electronic mode) as on Record date. Payment of the said interim dividend will be processed within 30 days from the date of declaration.
