Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that the Board at its Meeting held on 03.12.2025 have approved the following matters:
the proposal for raising of funds by way of issue of equity shares of the Company of face value Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each through Right Issue for an amount not exceeding Rs.32,00,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty two Crore Only) to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company as on record date (to be determined by the Board in due course) ('Rights Issue'), subject to the receipt of statutory/regulatory approvals, as may be required. Further, the Board have also approved DLOF for the Rights Issue.
