| Him Teknoforge Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We wish to inform you that Pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (Listing Regulations), a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 10th day of February, 2024 at Corporate Office of the Company situated at SCO 19, First Floor, Sector-7C, Chandigarh, inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on 31st December, 2023. Further, the Trading Window in respect of dealing in Equity Shares of the Company is already closed for all the Insiders, Directors, Connected Persons and Designated Employees of the Company, and shall open 48 hours after conclusion of the Board Meeting. | |
