| Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, intimation is hereby given that the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company M/s S.K. Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd, had received request letters along with requisite documents duly completed in all respect from the following shareholder(s) for the issue of Duplicate Share Certificate(s). Accordingly, the Company on 06 April 2022 has issued Duplicate Share Certificate(s) for 1000 equity Shares of Re 1/- in lieu of original share certificate(s) reported lost/ misplaced. Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/ P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, a letter of confirmation will be issued to the claimant. | |
